As the above saying goes, training will keep a person everlasting in sports. Physical training is given to people in spots to improvise strength and knowledge about sports. A person over one night cannot become a sportsman. Initially there must be some kind of interest within him which has to provoke him. Whichever sport a person is interested in, he must work very hard towards it by undergoing a lot of training, participating in various level competitions.
At the right time the interest towards something has to be recognized. Once the interest in being recognized, it is the time where a person has to know about the sport he is interested in and the effort that he has to put in to attain success in this field. Undergoing training is the main effort that a person has to take up as a challenge. The various kinds of training given are: Altitude training where one has to climb few altitude above sea level. One of the main advantages of altitude climbing is that, as the altitude increases, level of oxygen decreases, so during this condition our kidney automatically stimulates production of red blood cells. When this happens naturally, it helps in treating kidney failure but there must not be over production of red blood cells.
Other training methods like Boxing, Complex training, Continuous training, Strength training takes up a lot of energy but helps in giving fitness to the body, activates the nervous system, build muscles which does not create flagging of skin, gives a shape to the body. These kind of training methods will majorly help in reducing cholesterol, muscle and joint pains. It really does.
As the title suggests, the task- coaching is not as easy as eating a piece of cake. To become a coach is equally difficult because the right coach must have all the necessary skill sets and talents irrespective of whichever field it may pertain to.
His coaching must be in such a way that he is able to bring another him out of a third person. Initially a coach must have the ability to judge a new person, which kind of sport may suit him the best. A single person may know to play two or three different kind of sports. He may be in a confusion to choose among them. At this point of time a coach must be clever enough and must have the ability to choose the best kind of sport for that person. A coach must be a good teacher, monitor, advisor, trainer and above all a good friend to counsel every person under his coaching class.
He must make people let go of any barrier that is obstructing them towards the way of success. A coach must mentally analyze the behavior of people if they have the confidence to face any kind of challenge or if something is pulling them backward. For such kind of people he can give a lot of advices which will support and boost their confidence level because sports is one field where failure can just hit us down very often. Success and failure is very common, if we succeed one time the next time failure may hit us. This advice pertains not only to a sportsman but for a common man as well.
